*Donations to the Ohio Elks Charity Raffle, Elks National Foundation, and Cerebral Palsy Foundation are welcome, but optional.

- Select Regular or Life and Choose your optional donations.
- Click on the "PayPal" button.
- You will see the Secure PayPal Pop Up
- Click the "PayPal Checkout" button if you have a PayPal account. Click the "Checkout" button if you do not have a PayPal account.
- Fill out the PayPal form and complete your purchase.
